Hello folks, My company is implamenting a 2007 server which i've been given the task to administer, design, and the whole works. I'm excited to take this on but i have very limited knowlege. Any suggestions on training material would be greatly appricaited. But onto my question! My company has been using sharepoint sites with calendars for scheduling conference rooms. This is the only way our company can do this.
We are part of two domains so using outlook will not work for us. I would like to make these calendars a little more efficient.

Is there a way to take a single calendar which can display 6 different conference rooms and resources like projectors. Example: David clicks on friday the 9th, it opens up and and then displays 6 conference rooms and what times are available and what resources are free at those times. I also need it to be smart enough to say a meeting ending at 3:30 that at 3:31 it is now available for use.
But to simplify it we can look at one room, one calendar, one resource. Monday the 12th dave needs the room, needs the resource, but when his meeting is over at 3:00 the calendar frees up the room and resource making it available to be reserved / scheduled.
